QUALITY SPECIFICATIONS
FOUNDATION
The foundation is constructed using reinforced concrete footings with HA-30/B/20/XA2 concrete and B-500-S steel. The foundation design complies with the specifications of the geotechnical study conducted on the site and the new Structural Code, Royal Decree RD 470-2021 of June 29.
STRUCTURE
The load-bearing structure consists of reinforced concrete columns (HA-25/B/20/XC1) and B-500-S steel, with dimensions and strength tailored to the project's requirements.
The horizontal structure is built with reinforced concrete slabs (HA-25/B/20/XC1) and B-500-S steel, featuring reinforced concrete ribs in two directions, combined with vibropressed hollow-core concrete slabs, with a total thickness of 30 cm.
ROOF
Walkable flat roof on the solarium level, constructed with a slope formation. It includes a bituminous asphalt sheet (LBM/40/FP), a synthetic geotextile felt separating layer, and an extruded polystyrene (XPS TYPE IV) tongue-and-groove board with a thermal transmittance coefficient of 0.033 W/mK and 8 cm thickness.
